With such collective grief weighing on us, it’s hard to think of anything else. Still, I’m sharing the regular content of my newsletter this week in the hope that it offers a small distraction and a moment of lightness amidst the heaviness. Of course, feel free to skip it if that’s what feels right for you.
Objects of Desire
F. Miller Skincare
This brand has completely transformed the way I approach skincare. It feels luxurious yet is surprisingly affordable considering how long each bottle lasts. Plus, it’s a small business, which makes supporting it feel even better. I haven’t met an F. Miller product I didn’t love, but my top two are the Eye Oil and Toning Mist. Most of my skincare routine is now dominated by their offerings, with a few additions from Monastery. Together, they create a pure, indulgent ritual that has become a quiet, non-negotiable part of my day.
Craighill has a way of turning the mundane into something extraordinary. Their pieces make interacting with functional objects a joy. My favorites include the Sidewinder Knife (a sleek purse essential), the Perch Bookmark, and the Desk Knife. Each piece feels thoughtfully crafted, adding a touch of luxury to everyday moments
After sitting on my wishlist for what feels like forever, I finally treated myself to this beautiful book I’ve been longing to read—SO excited for it to arrive! To go along with it, I couldn’t pass up an adorable storage box that’s perfect for keeping little things organized. I was this close to adding the Squiggle Wall Shelf to my cart as well, but I’m doing my best to resist impulse shopping!

A Recipe for the Week
The greatest Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies by
. These are hands-down my favorite chocolate chip cookies, and they’ve quickly become a staple in my kitchen. One thing I especially love is swapping out regular chocolate chips for hand-chopped chocolate—it creates those beautiful, melty pockets of chocolate in every bite. The result? Cookies that are slightly crispy on the outside and irresistibly chewy on the inside. If you have a go-to cookie recipe that you swear by, I’d love to hear about it!
